My little ‘nest’ on my side of the sofa always has water, tea, face creams (this one Clinique), magazines, books. On this day, our Siletti cat lamp had Halloween eyes and Catrick next to it. I put the lamp on the coffee table so that I could see better to read. It is dark here so early nowadays.
I wore True Religion jeans in the early 2000s. Those were a low-waisted narrow bootcut style with flap pockets. All the stitching was very big! I had one pair with embroidery on the flared bottoms. They were donated to a local charity shop when I moved apartment about 8 years ago. The brand has now been revived and I live close to the distributor. These are my present favourites. The denim is really nice and these have slim legs and mid-rise waists. I also have a white pair with red stitching which I only wear in summer. They each cost about $25 a pair on the last day of the sample sale.
The young ‘uns are buying the low-waist bootcut styles with exaggerated stitching again.
